1. Personalised meeting: Our process begins with a personalised meeting where we
discuss the optimal distribution of your assets. This meeting is crucial in
understanding your specific needs and goals. This also helps us to establish a
relationship with you to figure out the best way to help you achieve your
financial needs.
2. Minimise costs: We aim to minimise as many costs associated with the
distribution of your estate as possible and give you the best financial option
available. By carefully planning and structuring your estate, we ensure that
your heirs receive the maximum benefit with minimal expense. At KPC, your

3. Simplified process: We want the whole estate planning process to be as easy as
possible. Our team of experts will guide you through each step, ensuring
clarity and ease so that you can feel confidence in the service we provide.
Next we enter a process of ongoing review and reassessment.
It normally goes as follows:
1. Peace of mind: Our process is designed to provide you with
peace of mind, knowing that your estate will be handled according to your
wishes. We understand the importance of this assurance, especially in the South
African economy, where family dynamics, legal requirements and financial
stability can be stressful.
2. Regular Reviews: To ensure that your estate plan remains
relevant and effective, we reassess and review your plan on a quarterly or
bi-annual basis. This regular review helps accommodate any changes in your

Creating a well-structured Last Will and Testament is
crucial to ensuring that your estate is managed and distributed according to
your wishes. At KPC Fiduciary Services, we provide a simple yet thorough
process to help you draft your will with ease.
Our simple yet effective process begins by gathering basic
information needed to compile your Last Will and Testament. We ensure that all
necessary details are covered, including the naming of beneficiaries and
appointing a competent and reliable executor. Our experts will help you through
every step of this process, so you don’t have to worry about anything!
It’s essential that the person or organisation appointed as
your executor is trustworthy and capable of managing your estate. We assist in
evaluating potential executors to ensure they meet these criteria, under the
principle that ‘your wish is our command!’
In addition to drafting traditional wills, we also offer services for creating Living Wills. A Living Will outlines your wishes regarding medical treatment in the event that you are unable to communicate your decisions.
By choosing KPC Fiduciary Services, you can rest assured that your will is drafted in accordance with South African legal standards, providing peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
Whether you appoint us as the executors of your estate or
need a reliable agent to assist with the administration process, KPC Fiduciary
Services is here to help. We offer comprehensive services to ensure a smooth
and efficient administration of deceased estates.
1. Inform us of the death: Contact us immediately upon the the passing of your loved one.
2. We will apply for the Letter of Executorship (LOE) at the High Court.
3. Advertisements for creditors (in terms of Section 29) will be placed in local and provincial newspapers to notify creditors.
4. An estate late bank account may be opened if necessary, and all outstanding taxes will be submitted.
5. Preparation and submission of the Liquidation and Distribution (L&D) Account to the Master for Approval.
6. Advertise again in terms of Section 35.
7. Once approved, the assets will be distributed to the named beneficiaries.
